After graduating from Penn State University with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management. Beth has become a seasoned, committed and diligent professional with over 17 years of experience in the catering and events industry. Beth’s strong organizational skills, attention to detail and operations management experience speaks for itself. She has planned, designed, and executed events from 10 to 5000 guests.
Beth began her career in off-premise events working with a regional caterer for over a decade to learn all components of event execution and operations. Most recently, she successfully piloted the launch of Iron Chef Jose Garces’ catering and events division with a focus on translating the refined restaurant concepts to the world of special events. Beth serves on the board of the Philadelphia Chapter of the International Live Events Association (ILEA) as the Vice President of Programs and Education, and will serve as the President Elect in the upcoming year (2016-2017).
